Indications

• Polyneuropathy of any origin such as alcoholic or toxic neuropathies
• Neuritis
• Cervical Syndrome
• Shoulder-arm syndrome
• Myalgia
• Herpes Zoster
• Trigeminal Neuralgia
• Facial paresis supportive treatment

Composition

• Film-coated tablets containing Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
• Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 microgram
• 3 ml ampoule contains Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg

Pharmacology

• Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy
• Vitamin B6 forms RBCs, helps cells make proteins and neurotransmitters
• Vitamin B12 essential for cell replication and RBC production

Dosage & Administration

• 1-3 Tablets per day or as advised by physician
• 1 injection daily for severe cases, 1 injection 2-3 times per week for mild cases

Contraindications

• Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy
• Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any ingredients

Side Effects

Generally well tolerated, allergic reactions in few cases

Pregnancy & Lactation

• Oral tablet recommended during pregnancy & lactation
• Injection not recommended due to benzyl alcohol

Precautions & Warnings

• Cyanocobalamin should not be given in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord

Overdose Effects

No expected symptoms in recommended dosage, symptomatic & supportive treatment for known overdose
