Indications

Composition

  • Each film-coated tablet contains 100mg Thiamine Mononitrate
  • Each film-coated tablet contains 200mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride
  • Each film-coated tablet contains 200mcg Cyanocobalamin
  • Each 3ml ampoule contains 100mg Thiamine Hydrochloride
  • Each 3ml ampoule contains 100mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride
  • Each 3ml ampoule contains 1000mcg Cyanocobalamin

Pharmacology

  • Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy
  • Vitamin B6 forms RBCs and helps in the production of neurotransmitters
  • Vitamin B12 is essential for cell replication and RBC production

Dosage & Administration

  • 1-3 tablets per day or as advised by the physician
  • Intramuscular injection for severe cases
  • Injections 2-3 times per week for mild cases
  • No information on use in children

Interaction

Contraindications

  • Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy
  • Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredients
