Antispasmodic medication for smooth muscle relief in different parts of abdominal cavity and genitourinary tract

Recommended dosage for adults: 20mg four times a day
Recommended dosage for children (6-12 years): 10mg three times a day or as directed by a physician
Injection dosage for adults: usual dose is 20mg (1 ampule) for muscle or urinary tract application, may be repeated after 30 minutes if needed; for endoscopy, a more concentrated dose may be required

Prostatic hypertrophy patients should avoid usage; caution advised in elderly patients
Patients with paralytic ileus or pyloric stenosis should not use the medication
Patients with glaucoma should avoid usage due to potential mydriatic effect

Possible side effects include dry mouth, pupillary dilation, increased intraocular pressure, flushing, dry skin, bradycardia, tachycardia, and arrhythmia
Fatigue, vomiting, dizziness, and staggering may also occur in some cases

Usage in the first trimester of pregnancy should be approached with caution, similar to other medications

Caution is advised as it may cause drowsiness and mental alertness impairment; patients using the medication should not operate vehicles or machinery or engage in activities requiring mental alertness
Caution should be exercised in cases of thyrotoxicosis, cardiac insufficiency or failure, and exacerbated tachyarrhythmias, and when used in conjunction with other anticholinergic drugs, antihistamines, bepotastine, phenothiazines, and tricyclic antidepressants, reducing the dosage may be necessary

The injection can be reconstituted with dextrose or 0.9% sodium chloride injection

Do not use after expiration date; keep all medications out of reach of children; distribute only upon the prescription of a registered physician
