Description
Vitamin B1, B6 & B12 tablets are indicated for the treatment of neuropathy, neuritis, neuralgia, and various other conditions caused by vitamin deficiencies.

- Each tablet contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
- Each tablet contains Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
- Each tablet contains Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 microgram
- Each 3 ml ampoule contains Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
- Each 3 ml ampoule contains Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
- Each 3 ml ampoule contains Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg
- Mode of Action:
- Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy
- Vitamin B6 forms RBCs and helps cells make proteins
- Vitamin B12 is essential for cell replication and important for RBC production
- Dosage & Administration: 1-3 Tablets per day or as advised by the physician
- Injection Dosage:
- Severe (acute) cases: 1 injection daily until the acute symptoms subside
- Mild cases: 1 injection 2-3 times per week
- Interaction: No reported drug interactions
- Contraindications:
- Not to be used in patients on levodopa therapy
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients
- Side Effects: Generally well tolerated; allergic reactions may be observed
- Pregnancy & Lactation:
- Oral tablets recommended during pregnancy
- Injection not recommended due to presence of benzyl alcohol
- Precautions & Warnings:
- Cyanocobalamin not suitable for treatment of optic neuropathies
- Not recommended in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord
- Overdose Effects: No expected symptoms in recommended dosage; treatment is symptomatic & supportive if known overdose occurs
