Description
A combined vitamin preparation containing Thiamine Mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and Cyanocobalamin, indicated for the treatment of diseases such as Polyneuropathy, Neuritis, Neuralgia, Cervical Syndrome, and various other conditions.
Indications
- Treatment of Polyneuropathy
- Supportive treatment in facial paresis
- Treatment of Neuritis and Neuralgia
- Relief of Shoulder-arm syndrome and Lumbago
- Management of Sciatica and Myalgia
- Helps in conditions like Herpes Zoster and Trigeminal Neuralgia
Composition
- Each film-coated tablet contains Thiamine Mononitrate 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 200 mg, and Cyanocobalamin 200 microgram
- Each 3 ml ampoule contains Thiamine Hydrochloride 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 100 mg, and Cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg
Mode of Action
Vitamin B1, B6, and B12 convert nutrients into energy, aid in nerve health, cell replication, and red blood cell production, and prevent various diseases including depression and anemia
Dosage & Administration
- 1-3 Tablets per day as advised by the physician
- In severe cases: 1 injection daily until symptoms subside
- In mild cases: 1 injection 2-3 times per week, preferably intramuscularly

Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy
- Not recommended for patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Generally well tolerated, potential for allergic reactions
Pregnancy & Lactation
Oral tablet form recommended during pregnancy & lactation, injection not recommended due to the presence of benzyl alcohol
Precautions & Warnings
- Cyanocobalamin should not be given in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord
- Not suitable for the treatment of optic neuropathies associated with raised plasma concentrations of cyanocobalamin

No expected symptoms in recommended dosage, symptomatic & supportive treatment if known overdose
