Composition

Tablet:
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 microgram
Injection Ampoule:
- Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg

Dosage & Administration

1-3 Tablets per day or as advised by the physician
1 injection daily in severe cases
1 injection 2-3 times per week in mild cases
Ampoules are preferably injected intramuscularly

No Drug Interaction

Contraindications

Not recommended in patients on levodopa therapy
Not suitable for patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Injection not recommended due to benzyl alcohol presence

Precautions & Warnings

Cyanocobalamin should not be given in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord
Not suitable for the treatment of optic neuropathies
