Indications
- Treatment of polyneuropathy
- Neuralgia relief
- Supportive treatment in facial paresis
Composition
- 100 mg Thiamine Mononitrate
- 200 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride
- 200 mcg Cyanocobalamin
- 3 ml ampoule with 100 mg Thiamine Hydrochloride, 100 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, 1000 mcg Cyanocobalamin
Pharmacology
- Vitamin B1 converts carbohydrates, fatty acids and amino acids into energy
- Vitamin B6 forms RBCs
- Vitamin B12 is essential for cell replication
Dosage & Administration
- 1-3 Tablets per day or as advised by the physician
- In severe cases: 1 injection daily until symptoms subside
- In mild cases: 1 injection 2-3 times per week (preferably intramuscular)

- No reported drug interaction
Contraindications
- Patients on levodopa therapy
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the preparation

- Generally well tolerated
- Allergic reactions in few cases
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Oral tablet form recommended during pregnancy & lactation
- Injection not recommended due to benzyl alcohol presence
Precautions & Warnings
- Cyanocobalamin not suitable for certain neuropathies
