Description
The product is indicated for the treatment of various diseases such as Polyneuropathy, Neuritis, Neuralgia, and supportive treatment in facial paresis due to deficiency of Vitamin B1, B6 & B12. It contains film-coated tablets and ampoules. The tablets contain 100 mg Thiamine Mononitrate, 200 mg Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and 200 mcg Cyanocobalamin, while the ampoules contain Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg, and Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1000 mcg. The product converts carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy, promotes healthy nerves, improves mood, strengthens the heart, prevents anemia, and reduces nerve pain and numbness. It is available in both tablet and injection form for different dosages and administration methods. It is contraindicated in patients on levodopa therapy and in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It is generally well-tolerated but may cause allergic reactions in some cases. The oral tablet form is recommended during pregnancy and lactation due to the presence of benzyl alcohol in injections. It should not be given to patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord, and an overdose is not expected in the recommended dosage.
