Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Usual recommended dose for Tablet/Capsule: 1-2 tablet/capsule 3 times daily
- Usual recommended dose for Syrup: 2-3 teaspoonful daily
- Usual recommended dose for Injection: 2 ml daily
- Intramuscular and intravenous administration for Injection
Interaction
- Decreased efficacy of levodopa with 5 mg pyridoxine daily
- Not recommended for patients undergoing levodopa therapy
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of its components

- Adverse reactions with specific vitamins and minerals
- Allergic and idiosyncratic reactions possible at lower levels
- Gastrointestinal intolerance with iron at usual recommended level
