Composition
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg
Mode of Action
- Energy conversion from carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids
- RBCs formation
- Cell replication support
- Neurotransmitter production
Dosage & Administration
- 1-3 Tablets per day or as advised by the physician
- 1 injection daily in severe cases
- 1 injection 2-3 times per week in mild cases
- Preferably injected intramuscularly

Contraindications
- Patients on levodopa therapy
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients
Side Effects
- Generally well tolerated, possible allergic reactions in few cases
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Oral tablet form recommended during pregnancy & lactation
- Injection not recommended due to benzyl alcohol presence
Precautions & Warnings
- Avoid in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord
- Cyanocobalamin not suitable for optic neuropathies with raised plasma cyanocobalamin

- Symptomatic & supportive treatment for known overdose
