- Renal stone formation with large doses of vitamin C

- Abdominal pain or cramps potential with doses over 800 mg of vitamin E
- Fatigue potential with doses over 800 mg of vitamin E
- Reduced resistance to bacterial infection potential with doses over 800 mg of vitamin E
