Indications
- Prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiency in children and infants
Composition
- Vitamin A: 1.2 mg
- Vitamin D: 10 mcg
- Vitamin C: 50 mg
- Thiamine Hydrochloride: 1 mg
- Riboflavin: 0.5 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 1 mg
- Niacinamide: 5 mg
- Dexpantothenol: 3 mg
Description
Combination of vitamins used to provide nutrients not taken in through the diet and treat deficiencies caused by various conditions
Pharmacology
- Vitamin A: Essential for retina function and tissue growth
- Vitamin B: Plays a role in coenzyme synthesis and metabolism
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): Required for normal cell function and myelin synthesis
- Vitamin E: Antioxidant preserving cellular constituents
- Vitamin C: Necessary for collagen formation and metabolic pathways
- Vitamin D3: Regulates calcium and phosphate homoeostasis and bone mineralisation
Dosage & Administration
- Below 1 year: 9-10 drops (0.3 ml)
- 1 year and above: 23-25 drops (1.0 ml) once daily
Contraindications
- Not for patients with haemochromatosis or Wilson’s disease
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredients
- Excessive doses can lead to hypervitaminosis

- Usually nontoxic with ordinary doses
