Dosage & Administration
Orally one tablet daily for adults and children over 5 years of age, or as directed by physicians
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of the components
- Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies of vitamins or minerals
- Not recommended for patients undergoing treatment with levodopa as pyridoxine decreases its efficacy
- Larger doses of vitamin A during first trimester of pregnancy may be teratogenic
Side Effects
Reported at substantially higher levels than in this tablet, Iron associated with gastrointestinal intolerance in some patients
Pregnancy & Lactation
Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded during first trimester of pregnancy, larger doses of Vitamin-A may be teratogenic
Precautions & Warnings
Not intended for treatment of pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemia where vitamin B12 is deficient
