Contraindications

- Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies
- Not recommended for patients undergoing levodopa treatment
- Larger doses of vitamin A contraindicated during first trimester of pregnancy
Side Effects
- Reported at substantially higher levels than in this tablet
- Iron associated with gastrointestinal intolerance in some patients
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded during first trimester of pregnancy
- Larger doses of Vitamin-A may be teratogenic
Precautions & Warnings
- Not intended for treatment of pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemia with vitamin B12 deficiency
