Indications
- Treatment and/or prevention of vitamin and mineral deficiencies
- Associated with restricted diets, improper food intake, alcoholism, and decreased absorption
- Increased requirements for vitamins and minerals due to acute and chronic diseases
- Pregnancy, lactation, menopause, infections, and convalescence
Composition
- Balanced combination of multivitamin and multimineral
- Sugar coated tablet
- Contains vitamins A, D, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, and folic acid
- Contains minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and calcium pantothenate
Pharmacology
- Essential for normal metabolic functions including hematopoiesis
- Vitamin B-group as components of enzyme system
- Vitamin C involved in tissue repair and collagen formation
- Vitamin A essential for the function of retina and growth of epithelial tissue
- Vitamin E as an antioxidant preserving cellular constituents

Dosage & Administration
- Orally one tablet daily for adults and children over 5 years of age

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to any of its components
- Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies of vitamins or minerals
- Not recommended for patients undergoing treatment with levodopa
- Larger doses of vitamin A during the first trimester of pregnancy may be teratogenic
Side Effects
- Gastrointestinal intolerance with higher levels of iron

- Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded during the first trimester of pregnancy
Precautions & Warnings
- Not intended for treatment of pernicious anemia or other megaloblastic anemia where vitamin B12 is deficient
