Dosage & Administration

- Best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption
Interaction
- Possible interaction with antacids and other calcium supplements
- Interaction with calcitriol and other Vitamin D3 supplements
- Interaction with digoxin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia
- Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism
- Contraindicated in renal calculi and nephrolithiasis
- Contraindicated in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
