- Twice daily dosage of Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 400 IU Tablet
- Best administration with or just after a meal for improved absorption
Interaction
- Possible interaction with antacids containing calcium, aluminium, or magnesium
- Interaction with other calcium supplements
- Interaction with calcitriol and other vitamin D3 supplements
- Interaction with digoxin, tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia
- Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism

- Contraindicated in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
