Dosage & Administration
- Dosage of 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily for Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 200 IU Tablet
- Dosage of 1 tablet twice daily for Calcium 500 mg and Vitamin D3 400 IU Tablet
- Best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption

- Possible interaction with calcium, aluminium, or magnesium containing antacids
- Interaction with other calcium supplements
- Interaction with calcitriol and other vitamin D3 supplements

- Interaction with tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, or oxytetracycline
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in case of hypercalcaemia
- Contraindicated in case of hyperthyroidism
- Contraindicated in case of renal calculi and nephrolithiasis
- Contraindicated in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
