Dosage & Administration
- 500 mg Calcium and 200 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet: 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily
- 500 mg Calcium and 400 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet: 1 tablet twice daily
- best taken with or just after a meal to improve absorption
Interaction
- possible interaction with antacids containing calcium, aluminium or magnesium
- interaction with other calcium supplements

Contraindications
- contraindicated in hypercalcaemia
- contraindicated in hyperthyroidism
