Dosage & Administration
- 500 mg calcium and 200 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet - 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily
- 500 mg calcium and 400 IU Vitamin D3 Tablet - 1 tablet twice daily
- best taken with or just after a meal for improved absorption
Interaction
- interacts with calcium, aluminium or magnesium containing antacids
- interacts with other calcium supplements

Contraindications
- Not for use in hypercalcaemia
- Not for use in hyperthyroidism
- Not for use in renal calculi & nephrolithiasis
- Not for use in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
