Pharmacology
- Contains Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3
- Calcium necessary for bone formation

Dosage & Administration
- 500 mg Calcium + 200 IU Vitamin D3: 2 tablets daily or 1 tablet twice daily
- 500 mg Calcium + 400 IU Vitamin D3: 1 tablet twice daily
- Best taken with or just after a meal for improved absorption
Interaction
- Possible interaction with antacids containing calcium, aluminium, or magnesium
- Interaction with calcitriol and other vitamin D3 supplements
- Interaction with digoxin and certain antibiotics
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in hypercalcaemia
- Contraindicated in hyperthyroidism
- Contraindicated in renal calculi & nephrolithiasis
- Contraindicated in Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
