Composition
- 600 mg elemental Calcium per film-coated tablet
- 200 IU Vitamin D3 per film-coated tablet
- 40 mg Magnesium per film-coated tablet
- 1.8 mg Manganese per film-coated tablet
- 1 mg Copper per film-coated tablet
- 250 mcg Boron per film-coated tablet
- 7.5 mg Zinc per film-coated tablet
- Calcium Carbonate BP equivalent to 600 mg elemental Calcium per effervescent tablet
- Vitamin D3 BP (as Cholecalciferol) 400 IU per effervescent tablet
- Magnesium Oxide BP equivalent to 40 mg Magnesium per effervescent tablet
- Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate BP equivalent to 1.8 mg Manganese per effervescent tablet

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 1 film-coated tablet twice daily
- Preferrable administration with or just after meals and a full glass of water
- Dosage for children 3-7 years: 1 effervescent tablet daily
- Dosage for children 7 years and older: 1 to 2 effervescent tablets daily
Interaction
- Concurrent use with thiazide diuretics
- Hypocalcaemia in digitalized patients
- Effect on calcium absorption with certain foods
- Effect of phenytoin or barbiturates on Vitamin D3
- Effect of glucocorticoids on Vitamin D3
- Interaction with phenytoin or barbiturates
- Potential interaction with glucocorticoids
- Interaction with digitalis and other cardiac glycosides
- Reduced absorption of thyroxin, bisphosphonates, sodium fluoride, quinolone or tetracycline antibiotics, or iron by calcium salts
Contraindications
- Hypercalcaemia resulting from myeloma, bone metastasis, or other malignant bone disease
- Sarcoidosis
- Primary hyperparathyroidism
- Vitamin-D3 overdosage
- Severe renal failure
- Hypersensitivity to any tablet ingredient
- Relative contraindications: osteoporosis due to prolonged immobilisation, renal stones, severe hypercalciuria

Pregnancy & Lactation
- Increased requirements for calcium and Vitamin D3 during pregnancy and lactation
- Caution in administering calcium and iron supplements concurrently
- Teratogenic effects of vitamin-D3 overdoses in pregnant animals
- Potential teratogenic effects of long-term hypercalcaemia in humans
- Presence of Vitamin-D3 and its metabolites in breast milk
Precautions & Warnings
- Supervision for patients with mild to moderate renal failure or mild hypercalciuria
- Periodic checks of plasma and urinary calcium levels
- Measurement of urinary calcium excretion in patients with renal stones
- Close monitoring of serum and urinary calcium levels and kidney function with long-term treatment
- Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplementation allowances from other sources
