Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Syrup dosage for adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily
- Syrup dosage for children: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily
- Syrup dosage for infants: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily
- Tablet dosage for adults & children over 30 kg: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily
Interaction
- May decrease absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines
- May decrease absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones
- Coadministration with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors may result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
- Reduces levodopa's effectiveness by increasing its peripheral metabolism
- May decrease serum levels of phenytoin when co-administered with phenytoin
