Indications

Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg
Pharmacology
- Enhances immunity
- Promotes wound healing
- Supports digestion
- Supports normal growth and development
- Has antioxidant properties
- Used to treat ADHD in children
Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily
- Children dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily
- Infants dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily
- Adults & Children over 30 kg tablet dosage: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily
Interaction
- Concomitant intake of tetracyclines and zinc may decrease the absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines
- Concomitant administration of zinc and fluroquinolones may decrease the absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones
- Coadministration of Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors may result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
- Pyridoxine reduces levodopa's effectiveness by increasing its peripheral metabolism
- Co-administration of pyridoxine with phenytoin may decrease serum levels of phenytoin
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

Precautions & Warnings
- Dosage adjustment needed in acute renal failure

Overdose Effects
- Initial symptoms: epigastric pain, diarrhoea, vomiting
- Emergency medical attention required
- Emetic should be given, followed by gastric lavage and general supportive measures
