Indications
- Treatment and prevention of zinc and vitamin B deficiencies
Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg
Pharmacology
- Vital for immunity enhancement, wound healing, digestion, reproduction, physical growth, and mental development
- Supports normal growth during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence
- Has antioxidant properties
- Used to treat ADHD in children

Dosage & Administration
- Syrup - Adults: 10 ml 2 to 3 times daily
- Syrup - Children: 10 ml 1 to 3 times daily
- Syrup - Infants: 5 ml 1 to 2 times daily
- Tablet - Adults & Children over 30 kg: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily
Interaction
- May decrease absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines and fluroquinolones
- Coadministration with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors may result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
- Reduces levodopa's effectiveness
- May decrease serum levels of phenytoin
