Indications

Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

- Role in healthy brain and nerve function

Dosage & Administration
- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2 to 3 times daily
- Children: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1 to 3 times daily
- Infants: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 times daily
- Adults & Children over 30 kg: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily
Interaction
- Decreased absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines with zinc
- Decreased absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones with zinc
- Potential myopathy and rhabdomyolysis with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
- Reduced effectiveness of levodopa by pyridoxine
- Decreased serum levels of phenytoin with pyridoxine and phenytoin co-administration
