Indications

Composition
- Each 5 ml syrup contains Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Each 5 ml syrup contains Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Each 5 ml syrup contains Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Each 5 ml syrup contains Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Each 5 ml syrup contains Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg
- Each tablet contains Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dose of 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily for syrup
- Children dose of 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily for syrup
- Infants dose of 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily for syrup
- Adults & Children over 30 kg dose of 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily for tablet
Interaction
- Concomitant intake of tetracyclines and zinc may decrease absorption
- Coadministration of Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors may result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
Side Effects
- Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, & stomach upset
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Recommended in pregnancy and lactation
Precautions & Warnings
- Dosage adjustment needed in acute renal failure
- Not intended for treatment of severe specific deficiencies

- In case of overdosage, initial symptoms include epigastric pain, diarrhea, and vomiting
