- Indications:
- Treatment of zinc and vitamin B deficiencies
- Composition:
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg
- Mode of Action:
- Enhances immunity
- Aids in wound healing
- Supports digestion
- Promotes physical growth
- Supports mental development
- Has antioxidant properties
- Treats ADHD in children
- Supports normal growth during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence
- Dosage & Administration:
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily
- Children dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily
- Infants dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily
- Tablet dosage for Adults & Children over 30 kg: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily
- Interaction:
- May decrease absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines
- May decrease absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones
- May result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis when coadministered with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
- Reduces levodopa's effectiveness
- May decrease serum levels of phenytoin when coadministered with phenytoin
- Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity to any ingredients
