Indications

Composition

Pharmacology

  • Sterile aqueous solution of crystalline amino acids and D-Sorbitol
  • Positive nitrogen balance for postoperative recovery and extended periods of intravenous nutrition
  • Clear, colorless to pale yellow colored solution
  • pH range of 5.0 to 7.0

Contraindications

  • Transient increases in liver test

  • Monitoring potassium and blood glucose levels
  • Thiamine deficiency syndrome risk
