Pharmacology
- Glucosamine as a fundamental building block for biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycans
- Diacerein with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity
Dosage and administration
- Use in adults: One tablet twice daily with food
- Use in children and adolescents: The safety and effectiveness not established for those under 18 years
Interaction
- Decreased absorption of Diacerein with aluminium and/or magnesium hydroxide antacids
- Increased risk of diarrhea with laxatives or antibiotics

- Hypersensitivity to Glucosamine or Diacerein
