- Inhibition of InterLeukin-1(IL-1) synthesis
- Oral bioavailability of Diacerein
- Metabolism and excretion of Diacerein
Dosage & Administration
- One tablet twice daily with food for adults
- Not established for children and adolescents under 18 years
Interaction
- Decreased absorption with aluminium and/or magnesium hydroxide antacids
- Increased risk of diarrhea with laxatives or antibiotics
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Glucosamine or Diacerein
