Pharmacology

- Binds with proteins to form proteoglycans

- Has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity

Dosage & Administration
- Use in adults: One tablet twice daily with food

Interaction
- Decrease absorption of Diacerein with aluminium and/ or magnesium hydroxide antacids
- Increase risk of diarrhea with laxatives or antibiotics

- Hypersensitivity to Glucosamine or Diacerein
