  • Infant oral dose: 0.4-0.8 ml pediatric drops/10 kg body weight every 6-8 hours
  • Acute nausea and vomiting adult dose: 20 mg every 6-8 hours
  • Acute nausea and vomiting children's dose: 0.2-0.4 mg/kg body weight every 6-8 hours
  • Rectal suppository dose: 30-60 mg every 4-8 hours
  • Maximum rectal dose for children: 30 mg for those weighing 10 to 25 kg
  • Maximum treatment period: 12 weeks
