Pharmacology
- Dopamine antagonist

Dosage & Administration
- Should be taken 15-30 minutes before meals
- Adults dosage: 10-20 mg every 6-8 hours
- Children dosage: 2-4 ml suspension/10 kg body weight
- Rectal administration in suppositories
Interaction
- Anticholinergic drugs antagonism
- Antacids and antisecretory drugs interference
- Metabolized through CYP3A4
- Inhibition of CYP3A4 by certain drugs
- Interference with orally administered drugs
