Indications

- Metabolites and some unchanged drugs excreted in the urine
Dosage & Administration
- Tablet: Recommended dose is 10 mg every 4-6 hours for short-term use (up to 7 days)
- Injection: Single or multiple doses, IV bolus over no less than 15 seconds, IM administration given slowly and deeply into the muscle, analgesic effect begins within 30 minutes
- Eye Drops: Adults: 1 drop in each eye 4 times daily

Interaction
- Other NSAIDs or aspirin increase side effects
- Anti-coagulants enhance anti-coagulant effect
