Indications

  • Metabolites and some unchanged drugs excreted in the urine

Dosage & Administration

  • Tablet: Recommended dose is 10 mg every 4-6 hours for short-term use (up to 7 days)
  • Injection: Single or multiple doses, IV bolus over no less than 15 seconds, IM administration given slowly and deeply into the muscle, analgesic effect begins within 30 minutes
  • Eye Drops: Adults: 1 drop in each eye 4 times daily
