Pharmacology
- Dopamine antagonist
- Blocks dopamine receptors in the Chemoreceptor Trigger Zone (CTZ)

- Enhances antral and duodenal peristalsis
- Regulates contraction of the pylorus

Dosage & Administration
- Should be taken 15-30 minutes before meals
- Adult dose: 10-20 mg every 6-8 hours daily
