Dosage & Administration

Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 mg daily
Increase to Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.8 mg if necessary
Swallow whole with a glass of water
After meal at night

Interaction

Concurrent administration with other alfa1-adrenoceptor antagonists
No interactions with atenolol, enalapril, or nifedipine
Effect of cimetidine and frusemide on plasma levels
In vitro studies with liver microsomal fractions
