Description
Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that primarily blocks dopamine receptors in the Chemoreceptor Trigger Zone and stomach. It is used to treat dyspeptic symptom complex, acute nausea and vomiting, Parkinson's disease-induced nausea, vomiting, and for speeding barium transit in radiological studies.
