Dosage and Administration
- 1 drop to be instilled into conjunctival sac(s) every 4 to 6 hours
- Dosage increase during initial 24 to 48 hours
- Different dosages for acute otitis media and otitis externa in pediatric patients with typanastomy tube

Interaction
- No specific drug interaction studies conducted with ophthalmic Ciprofloxacin and Dexamethasone
- Possible elevation of plasma concentrations of theophylline with systemic quinolones
- Interference with the metabolism of caffeine
- Enhanced effects of oral anticoagulant warfarin and its derivatives
- Transient elevations in serum creatinine with cyclosporin concomitantly
