Indications

Treatment of signs and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis
Treatment of vernal kerato-conjunctivitis
Treatment of blepharitis

Pharmacology

Potent anti-allergic substance
Non-competitive histamine (H1) receptor blocking property
Inhibition of release of mediators

Dosage & Administration

1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily
Every 8-12 hours
Not more than twice per day for adults and children 3 years and older

Interaction

Interval of at least 5 minutes required when used concomitantly with other eye medications

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Ketotifen or any of the components

Pregnancy & Lactation

Caution during pregnancy

Precautions & Warnings

Presence of benzalkonium chloride as a preservative
Avoid instillation while wearing contact lenses
Lenses should be removed before application of the drops

Overdose Effects

No reported overdose cases
Clinical results showed no serious signs or symptoms
Do not use after 30 days of first opening
