Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose: one 200 mg extended release tablet daily
- Recommended dose: 100 mg film-coated tablet twice daily

Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Close monitoring required when used with diuretics
- Close monitoring required when used with anticoagulants

Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity
- Contraindicated in patients in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma
