Indications
- Decrease of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma
- Decrease of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with ocular hypertension
Pharmacology
- Potent inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrase II (CA-II)
- Non-selective beta-adrenergic blocking agent
Dosage & Administration
- One drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) twice daily
Interaction
- Ketoconazole
- Itraconazole
- Clotrimazole
- Ritonavir
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to Brinzolamide and other Sulphonamides
- Hypersensitivity to Timolol
Side Effects
- Blurred vision
- Eye pain
- Eye irritation
- Foreign body sensation in eyes

- Potential reproductive toxicity
