Indications

Pharmacology

Comprised of Brimonidine Tartrate & Timolol Maleate for dual mechanism of action

Dosage & Administration

Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component
Bronchial asthma
Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Sinus bradycardia
Second or third-degree atrioventricular block
Overt cardiac failure
Cardiogenic shock

Allergic conjunctivitis
Conjunctival folliculosis
Conjunctival hyperaemia
Eye pruritus
Ocular burning or stinging

Pregnancy & Lactation

No adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women
Use during pregnancy only if potential benefit justifies potential risk to the fetus
Timolol detected in human milk
Decision to discontinue nursing or drug intake should consider importance of the drug to the mother

Cautions in treating patients with severe or unstable and uncontrolled cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases

Use in Special Populations
