Indications

• Lubricant for dry eye
• Artificial tear for ocular irritation
• Preventing corneal damage in keratoconjunctivitis
• Temporary relief of burning and irritation
• Protection against further ocular irritation

Pharmacology

• Acts like natural tears
• Provides smoothing relief to dry, itchy, burning, and irritated eyes
• Helps eyes stay moist and healthy
• Protects against further irritation
• Promotes corneal wetting
• Stabilizes and thickens the precorneal tear film
• Prolongs tear film breakup time
• Lubricates and protects the eye
• Reduces blood viscosity
• Acts as a volume expander in hypovolemia

Dosage & Administration

• One or two drops three times daily for adults and children
• As directed by the physician

Contraindications

• Not to be used with soft contact lenses due to the presence of Benzalkonium Chloride
