Side Effects

  • Large doses of Vitamin C may cause diarrhoea and gastrointestinal disturbances
  • Large doses of Vitamin E may cause diarrhoea, abdominal pain, fatigue, weakness
  • Side effects of Zinc salt include abdominal pain and dyspepsia
