Indications
- Treatment of lens opacification
Composition
- Adenosine BP 2 mg
- Cytochrome-C Ph. Gr. 0.5 mg
- Sodium Succinate Ph. Gr. 0.6 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 10 mg
- Preservative: Thiomersal 0.005%
Pharmacology
- Cytochrome C involvement in oxidative phosphorylation
- Sodium Succinate promotes ATP production
- Adenosine role in energy production
- Nicotinamide involvement in ATP and NADPH production
Dosage & Administration
- One drop into the affected eye twice daily
