Indications

• Treatment of lens opacification

Composition

• Adenosine BP 2 mg
• Cytochrome-C Ph. Gr. 0.5 mg
• Sodium Succinate Ph. Gr. 0.6 mg
• Nicotinamide BP 10 mg
• Thiomersal 0.005%

Pharmacology

• Cytochrome C involvement in oxidative phosphorylation
• Sodium Succinate promotion of ATP production
• Adenosine's essential role in energy production
• Nicotinamide's involvement in ATP and NADPH production

Dosage & Administration

• One drop into the affected eye twice daily

Interaction

• Inform doctor of ongoing treatment with other eye drops to avoid interactions

Contraindications

• Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product

Side Effects

• May cause discomfort in some patients

Pregnancy & Lactation

• Ask doctor for advice if pregnant or nursing mother
