Indications
- Treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in adults
Pharmacology
- Direct acting antiviral agent against the Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)
- Inhibitor of NS5A protein encoded by HCV
- Binds to the N-terminus of NS5A and inhibits viral RNA replication and virion assembly
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose: 60 mg once daily
- To be taken orally with or without meals
- Must be administered in combination with other medicinal products
Recommended Regimens
- Available for treatment-naive patients with genotype 1 infection
- Data available for patients with advanced liver disease without cirrhosis

Interaction
