Indications

• Effective relief from constipation

Composition

• Polyethylene Glycol 3350
• Sodium Chloride
• Sodium Bicarbonate
• Potassium Chloride

Mode of Action

• Exerts osmotic action in the gut
• Increases stool volume
• Triggers colon motility
• Facilitates defecation
• Unabsorbed from the gastrointestinal tract

Dosage & Administration

• Adult dosage: 1-3 sachets daily for constipation
• Adult dosage: 8 sachets daily for fecal impaction
• Directions for use: Dissolve sachet in water
• Oral solution dosage: 1-3 doses daily for constipation
• Oral solution dosage: 8 doses daily for fecal impaction

Interaction

• Transiently reduces absorption of other medicinal products
• May decrease efficacy with some concomitantly administered medicinal products

Contraindications

• Intestinal perforation or obstruction
• Severe inflammatory conditions of the intestinal tract
• Hypersensitivity to the active substances
