Indications

Pharmacology
- Nucleotide analog inhibitor
- Inhibition of HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase

Dosage & Administration
- One 400 mg tablet once daily
- Combination therapy with Ribavirin or Pegylated Interferon

Interaction
- Reduced therapeutic effect with P-gp inducers
